Returns



We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final.





Refunds



Refunds will only be issued if:


  • The item is unavailable, or
  • The item is unable to be produced due to manufacturing error.



Refund requests are only valid prior to shipment. Once an item has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.





Lost or Mis-delivered Packages



If your package is lost in transit due to a delivery service error or customer mailing error, please contact me at geri.strawberry.shop@gmail.com with a description of the issue.


Often times a package will be sent back to where I will contact you via email for further planning.


If the tracking information shows the item was delivered but you are unable to locate it, we are not responsible for the lost item and no further action will be taken.
